Speaking of her famous castmates, a clearly excited Lily, who played herself in the episode, said: 'Neighbours,everybody needs good neighbours. OMFG! Just saw Paul Robinson and Libby Kennedy.
Later adding: 'Ok, so I did my scene. Me and doctor Karl get our flirt on. Quite funny.'
The 24-year-old, who will be heading back to the UK in two days, is such a huge fan of Neighbours, that she jumped at the chance of appearing on the soap when invited by producers.

Lily, who did a scene with Matt Werkmeister, who plays 'Zeke' Kinski was also a very highly-anticipated guest.
'I'm freaking out,' said teenage actor Matt, a big fan of the singer. 'I'll be starstruck for sure but will try my hardest to stay professional.'
Neighbours, which helped launch the careers of Kylie Minogue, Natalie Imbruglia, Jason Donovan and Holly Valance, has been running in the UK since October 1986. It was first broadcast on BBC1 and is now on Channel 5.
Others who have made cameo appearances include Neil Morrissey, Michael Parkinson and Chris Lowe of the Pet Shop Boys.
Meanwhile Lily, who will perform at Melbourne's Forum Theatre tonight and tomorrow, has hit out at the BNP.
During her Sydney show on Monday she shouted to the crowd:
'It's been a very sad week for British politics. Two BNP politicians have won seats in the European Parliament.
'It's shocking that these people are actually voting for these ****ing racists, homophobic Nazis.'
Lily's album, It's Not Me, It's You, has a track called F*** You which attacks racists, BNP politicians and homophobics.

London - Lily Allen is desperate for a boyfriend.
The singer - whose latest relationship with art dealer Jay Jopling ended after a month - hates attending showbiz parties alone and has begged friends to set her up with a new man.
A source said: "Lily hates being single - she needs a man in her life. She feels insecure going to events and hates turning up without a man. She wants someone to hold her hand for all the red carpet events she attends.
"She's even been asking friends to set her up on dates. She can't seem to meet anyone, and it's making her miserable."
The 24-year-old singer - who has previously dated DJ Seb Chew, 32, and Chemical Brothers star Ed Simons, 39 - is also concerned about the effect her upcoming UK tour will have on her if she is still single.
The source added: "Lily's vulnerable after her relationships failed. She is especially concerned about going on her tour without a boyfriend there for her backstage. She needs a man to take care of her, and to give her attention. Without that, she fears she'll go off the rails."

CHEEKY Londoner Lily Allen toned down her cynical cockney lyrics and ska influences on her second album, It's Not Me It's You, and Friday night's sold-out show, while met with enthusiasm from her (mainly female) fan base, felt more restrained than the Allen we saw in 2006. Gone is her sundress-and-trainers ensemble and also, it seemed, some of her edgy irreverence.
Opening the show with Everyone's at It, Allen, backed by a full band, emerged to a rock star welcome, looking more Stevie Nicks than streetwise hipster.
Her voice was strong and she rushed out a couple of songs from her new album, exhorting the "girls" to sing along. Her version of the Kaiser Chief's Oh My God got the crowd amped, although she quickly moved into second-album material, dedicating the ballad Chinese to "new couples" and losing the crowd a little with her faux-philosophical God song, Him.
One of the first pop stars to break through on MySpace without the help of the mainstream industry, Allen continues to be an early adopter of technology: those following her on Twitter before Friday night's show would know Allen spent the day on the set of Neighbours, filming a cameo. She continued this informal relationship on stage, chiding someone for smoking — but only because she'd been specifically told not to. She was promptly bombarded with ciggies.
Her matey banter was old-school Allen — she singled out a fan who had been at her Brisbane and Sydney shows, asking if he was a "stalker or just a Lily Allen investor" — but the overall vibe was more breezy pop than the geezer chic that made her so endearing.
